Operator-Participant Agreement

YOU ACCEPT THE OPERATOR-PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT WHEN BOOKING ONLINE.

If you booked online through our booking engine website, you have already accepted the operator-participant agreement.

However, if you have booked through the phone or any other means, we will still require a signed agreement. If this is the case, you can follow these steps.

    1. Download the agreement
    2. Print the agreement
    3. Fill out and sign the agreement
    4. Either scan or take a picture of the agreement
    5. Email the agreement to customerservice@charterairdirect.com

Otherwise, you will need to sign the agreement at the airport.
